Meal Plan Monday Post

What a busy week and weekend! Even though we're tired Patrick and I had so much fun socializing this weekend. We are making a pointed effort to be more social so that we can be more connected with those around us and work on making lasting relationships with neighbors and nearby friends (and that can be so hard to do after college!)

On Friday I had a draft for our food challenge summary but I got so busy with food prep for our Friday entertaining and Sunday lunch entertaining that I didn't get it up - apologies for that and there will be a double post sometime this week with it! We are thrilled to start our dinner club and there'll be more information about that soon!

Meal Plan for Monday April 27 - Sunday May 3

Monday - Quinoa salad
Tuesday - Turkey burgers, asparagus fries
Wednesday - Stuffed sweet potatoes
Thursday - Cod with mustard glaze, sauteed zucchini, couscous


Friday - Inaugural Meet & Greet Social for our new dinner club!
Saturday - Quick breakfast of toast and eggs
 On the road home for a Cocktail Buffet party honoring a high school friend's upcoming wedding!
Sunday - Breakfast Mom made a French toast casserole!
   Luncheon with friends on the back deck - chicken salad croissants, watermelon orzo salad, caprese salad, meatballs, pimento cheese and crackers, fresh strawberries plus dessert!



  
 Afternoon adventure: Ice cream social at the neighbor's house 
   Dinner ... our fridge is flooded with (you guessed it) leftovers!
